We now have a bill number, House Bill 84!

You can see the bill HERE. 

Please go to HERE and look up your representaives number and give them a call in support of HB-84.  We would like at least 3 Republican legislators to co-sponsor the bill.  Also ask them to join us at the legislative auditorium at 11AM on Feb. 12th to learn about the medicinal use of cannabis.

In my email letter to rep Duane Hall I included this link to an article about Michigan's Medical Marijuana Program asking him to read paragraph 5. I also copy pasted that paragraph for his convenience into the email. Awesome. Got a bill number. Hope it's correct the link to my rep was a wonderfull touch. It brings up the rep with a hot link to send him an email - and I did. It also has tabs to see how he has voted. I guess the big deal for us right now though is just getting it to the point where they consider it for a vote. Right?

Anyone wanting to volunteer can be at the Mall on Tue at 8:30. We are playing somewhat on the hoof as it is sometimes called.
We will have several sheets of a one page list of all house members, their room numbers and the office phone. The 733 and 715 numbers will be answered by the LA (Legislative Assistant). The LA is who tells him/her where to be when, so she/he is very important to your interest. Remember their names if you can, write it down if you can't. Urge them to have your rep at the 11 AM meeting when Dr Baiko, MD, answers questions from experience, not a book. He has 1500 patients in Hawaii and has been practicing medicine nearly 20 years.

this is getting very exiting!! i just finished sending a separate e-mail to every single Representative in the house urging them to support and co sponsor HB 84. cant wait to hear if the bill get assigned to a committee on Monday at 6 pm. and then see you all bright and early Tuesday!!!!

Baclofen was the 1st drug they Rx'd me when my spasms got bad!!
