I stopped by the local library and asked about using their meeting room for a video showing and question /answer period afterward. I told them I am working on legalizing medical cannabis so they could not be suprised about the topic covered. The head librarian said she had an interest in the subject and she went and got me the proper forms to fill out. The basic guidelines to use the library meeting rooms is you must be nonprofit. The content of the meeting needs to be educational. Finally your meeting must be open to the general public. We have all 3 covered. I think if you meet these requirements they cannot refuse you the use of the meeting room. I will keep y'all informed on my progress with the library.
